Terms & Conditions / Booking Policy

All bookings with Executive Transfers are subject to the conditions below:

  • All Dublin airport collections, we will give the client 1 hour to meet your Executive driver from the time the flight lands. After this time has expired the waiting time will be €25 for every 15 minutes thereafter.
  • For all clients landing at Dublin airport. If the client cannot find the driver, it is essential that the client calls our emergency contact number +353 1 4361800 or +353 87 333 839
  • before leaving Dublin airport.
  • If the client proceeds to leave the airport via an alternative method without trying to contact our emergency number, the client will still be billed in full for our service.
  • All cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to the booking time and by phone only. Cancellations of more than 24 hours will be refunded in full. Cancellations 12-24 hours, will be refunded 50%. Cancellations with less than 12 hours notice require payment in full.

  • All Credit Card Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
  • Any additional extras will be calculated and taken for, once the journey is completed via credit card or added to your corporate account.
  •  For all account holders, it is vital that you always add to each booking your account name to avoid any problems with your invoice.
  • All Wedding Packages listed on the website are for Dublin Only.
  • For all weddings outside Dublin and Minibus, Coach, and Stretched Limoscene rates please contact us.
