Terms & Conditions

  •  All Dublin airport collections, we will give the client 45 mins to meet your Executive driver from the time the flight lands . After this time has expired the waiting time will be €10 for every 15 minutes thereafter.
  • For all clients landing at Dublin airport. If the client cannot find he driver, we will require he client to call the emergency number 00 353 1 4361800 before leaving Dublin airport.
  • Failure to do so and if the client proceeds out to the Taxi rank and takes another car without trying to contact our office. The client will still be billed for the service.
  • All cancellations must be made up to 3 hours prior to the booking time. If the cancellation is within at 3 hours, the full fee will be taken with no refund to the clients credit card.
  • All clients please note that our meeting point is the SPAR shop in our 2 terminals. Please see our airport section for more details.
  • We except all major credit cards and our credit card fee is 5% for all cards.
  •  When making your booking the fee will be without any toll or any extra waiting time.
  • Any extras including waiting time and tolls will be calculated and taken for, once the journey is completed via credit card or added to your corporate account.
  •  For all account holders it is vital that you always add into each booking your account name so to avoid any problems with your invoice.
  • All Wedding Packages are for Dublin Only.
